Choosing a site for your wedding reception can be difficult, because every place has its own unique qualities. At the Hampton Inn/Green Mill we have several unique qualities.

First of all, we have an excellent kitchen staff, who will assure that your meal is wonderful, and an attentive banquet staff who will see that all your needs are met the night of your reception. We only have one ballroom, so your wedding will be the only wedding in our hotel that evening. Your reception will be the focus of our attention.

Our location is one of our biggest assets. Since we are located right off of I-694, our hotel is very easy to locate for your out-of-town guests. Also, we are owned by the same company that owns the brand new Hilton Garden Inn, located right next door, and the Super 8, just south of IO-694, so we can offer your out-of-town guests three different price options for lodging.

Our ballroom can seat up to 200 guests with round tables of 10 people each.

There is no charge for the ballroom if you spend $4000 or more on food on a Saturday or $2,000 on a Friday. If you spend less, the difference would be charged as room rental.

Upon confirmation of the date, we require a $500 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final bill.

• 12" x 12" mirror tiles
• Cut-glass lantern candles
• Small flower vases
• Lighted ficus trees
• White tuille with white lights for the head table
• White skirting for the head table, gift table, cake table, punch table and DJ table
• White linen tablecloths and white linen napkins for all guest tables
• Simple decorating - you supply the decorations and we'll do the decorating

And don't forget about us for the Rehearsal Dinner. Our ballroom divides into three different rooms that can seat up to 50 people in each. The food minimum for one of these rooms on a Friday night is only $500. Our Italian and Pizza Buffets are very popular for rehearsal dinners.
